  • 2 Cups of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 Cup of lemon juice
  • Savory spice blend
  • 1/4 Cup of dill
  • 1/5 Cup chopped onions

How To Make

  1. Blend all the ingredients except the dill and onions until you get a creamy consistency. If you have a Nutribullet this would be best done in that over the larger blender.
  2. Either chop the dill and onions by hand and add to the creamy dip or blend /chop the dill and onions depending on the consistency that you want. Serve with flax crackers or cut veggies of your choice.
