If you want a thinner sauce add more water.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups vegetable broth
- 3 Tablespoons umami sauce
- 2 Tablespoons tahini paste (sesame paste)
- 1/4 Cup brown rice flour
How To Make
- Heat the vegetable broth with another 1/2 cup of water. Add the soy sauce, tahini, and mix until the tahini has dissolved. Reduce the heat and add the rice flour until the sauce starts thickening. If you get lumpy bits just sift the gravy.
- Any left over gravy can be kept in the fridge.
