  • 1 Large shallot or 1/3 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 Lemon blend juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dijon or yellow mustard
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Pinch of savory spice blend

  1. Remove avocado from the skin, place in a blender with shallot and blend all the ingredients, then add the olive oil. Lasts in fridge for 2 weeks
