Ingredients
- 2 Ripe avocado (keep the avocado pit)
- 1 Large shallot or 1/3 cup of chopped onion
- 1 Lemon blend juice
- 1 Tablespoon of Dijon or yellow mustard
- Cracked black pepper
- Pinch of savory spice blend
How To Make
- Remove avocado from the skin, place in a blender with shallot and blend all the ingredients, then add the olive oil. Lasts in fridge for 2 weeks
