Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon ground chia seeds
- 3 Tablespoons of water
How To Make
- Its very simple - 1 tablespoon of ground chia seed. Place in a grinder or nutri bullet, and grind until ground. Transfer into a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of water, stir until smooth (will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. this makes the equivalent to 1 extra large egg.
- Flax Seed Egg Replacer
- 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed combined with 3 tablespoons of warm water.
