Sauteed Veggies & Lentils

Ingredients
- Greens of your choice (we used spinach)
- Garlic 2-4 cloves
- 1 Small onion, we chose red
- Seasoning
- Water for frying
- Cup or 2 of water for wilting and steam frying
How To Make
- Wash and pre-soak only some red or yellow lentils. I would soak for about 10 minutes, whilst you are getting your ingredients ready. Then drain and set aside. Heat the pan, water fry with the garlic, onion and then add the lentils and season. Add extra water to stem the lentils to cook. Serve up or add to a thermos and bring to work or for lunch any leftovers from breakfast. I love to make in batches (anything to save me cooking time).
