Ingredients
- 1/2 Packet of quality tempeh – organic
- Flax seeds
- Water
- Fresh or dried rosemary – seasoned
- Coarse cornmeal
How To Make
- Thinly slice the tempeh, cover with the flax egg mixture, which is 3 tablespoons o ground flax seed mixed with 1 tablespoon of water, Cover the tempeh with this and then coat with the coarse cornmeal and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. As a snack, you can dip this in a pre-made dip or hot sauce or even cashew cream. Yummy.
