Ingredients

  • Veggies
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Spring Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red or Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Butterhead Lettuce
  • Handful of coriander
  • 200g Cannellini
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1/2 Broccoli
  • 1/2 Sweet Potato (half cooked)
  • Seasoning
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Oil of your ch
  • Couscous
  • 1.5 Cup Couscous
  • Handful of Mint
  • 3 Cups of Water or follow packet instructions on how to make

How To Make

  1. Boil the water and pour to the couscous mix. Chopped spring onion, mint leaves, coriander, a dash of black pepper, olive oil, Celtic sea salt and mix well. Cover and set aside. Cut all ingredients in small cubes.
  2. Season and sprinkle olive oil, dash of cooking spices, salt, black peeper, cumin as you like to flavour. Mix well and serve with the prepared Couscous mix.
