So what next? Where do you go from here?

My suggestion would be to incorporate the reset and all recipes into your daily lifestyle for as many meals as you can. These recipes are the healthiest that you will get for any and all diets. Its proven by science, studies, trials, 100’s of top doctors that believe in the key to our health being the food that we eat. As Hippocrates said – Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.

My message in this program is going for prevention. I asked myself why did I wait to get sick? Well, I actually did not know that I was eating an unhealthy diet at the time. With all that we have learned on this journey we now know that we are not designed to eat many foods that we consider healthy, that these very foods make us sick, give us the diseases that are so prevalent today, but simply were not there as much 100 years ago. You now have the power to make the right choices for your health. Choose wisely, choose well as your choices now will have a great impact when you are older. My mottos is “Let’s grow older feeling and looking younger.” You have the tools to do that now. This section will hopefully help to cement in all good that you have done, and keep it that way for as long as possible.
