Basic Pate ( Duplicate )
Ingredients
- 2 Cups almonds or sunflowers seeds (soaked overnight) or cashews
- 2 Red peppers, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tablespoons lemon
- 1 Teaspoon savory spice blend
- 1/2 Cup diced celery
- 1/4 Cup spring onions, chopped
- 12 Cup wild capers or chopped green olives
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
How To Make
- Process the nuts in a food processor with an S-blade. Add red peppers, lemon, and savory spice blend. The process to combine. Mix the celery, spring onion and wild capers by hand
