  • 1/4 Cup blended lemon juice or more to desired taste
  • 1/4 Cup raw organic tahini
  • 4 Tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon savory spice blend
  • Optional: 1 cup vegetable of choice: celery, red bell pepper, fennel

  1. Blend in a food processor, stopping occasionally to scrape down seeds from the side. Add water as necessary to create a smooth consistency.
