Ingredients
- 3 Cup sunflower seeds(soaked for 12 hour, rinsed and drained) or nuts of your choice.
- 1/4 Cup blended lemon juice or more to desired taste
- 1/4 Cup raw organic tahini
- 4 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 Teaspoon savory spice blend
- Optional: 1 cup vegetable of choice: celery, red bell pepper, fennel
How To Make
- Blend in a food processor, stopping occasionally to scrape down seeds from the side. Add water as necessary to create a smooth consistency.
