Ingredients
- 3 cups almonds
How To Make
- Pre heat oven to 120C / 250F.
- Roast the almonds for about 20 minutes
- Then transfer to a good blender and blend in stages, scraping down the sides as you go.
- You will see a change in the almonds form
- 1. Meals type of stage like almond meal
- 2. This then turns to a ball (add the salt if you want to here if you want to preserve the almond butter, but really no need as you will finish this off quick!
- 3. Then it will turn to a nice creamy butter
- Stay with the blender to make sure it does not overheat and transfer into clean glass mason jars.
