How To Make

  1. Pre heat oven to 120C / 250F.
  2. Roast the almonds for about 20 minutes
  3. Then transfer to a good blender and blend in stages, scraping down the sides as you go.
  4. You will see a change in the almonds form
  5. 1. Meals type of stage like almond meal
  6. 2. This then turns to a ball (add the salt if you want to here if you want to preserve the almond butter, but really no need as you will finish this off quick!
  7. 3. Then it will turn to a nice creamy butter
  8. Stay with the blender to make sure it does not overheat and transfer into clean glass mason jars.
