Ingredients
- 4 Pulp of a Coconut
- 1?2-3/4 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 1?4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
How To Make
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut water if needed. To be used as a thin custard with buckwheat or your favourite porridge.
Notes
This custard is easy to have with any grain or rice. If you don't have access to a fresh coconut you can use the coconut flakes that are dried.
