Coco Mac Porridge
If you can get hold of coconuts then this breakfast will be easy for you. If you can not then you will find them in supermarkets, and health food shops. You can use dried coconut rehydrated with water and blended as an alternative.

- 4 Pulp of young coconut, and coconut water
- 1/2 Cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 Vanilla bean
- 1/2 Teaspoon mesquite pod meal
- Pinch of savory spice blend
- 1-2 Tablespoons Flax seed
- 1/4 Teaspoon cocoa powder is optional
How To Make
- Blend the ingredients. Add cardamon or strawberries, even pumpkin pie spice for a different flavour. Add carob or cacao powder, or other sweet fruits.
