  • 4 Pulp of young coconut, and coconut water
  • 1/2 Cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 Vanilla bean
  • 1/2 Teaspoon mesquite pod meal
  • Pinch of savory spice blend
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Flax seed
  • 1/4 Teaspoon cocoa powder is optional

How To Make

  1. Blend the ingredients. Add cardamon or strawberries, even pumpkin pie spice for a different flavour. Add carob or cacao powder, or other sweet fruits.
