Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 Small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ Cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon umami sauce
  • A squeeze of lime or lemon juice to taste

How To Make

  1. Heat a dash of oil in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook the onion and garlic over a low heat until soft. Do not allow to brown.
  3. Add Crunchy Peanut Butter and water and stir until smooth.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in sweet chilli sauce, umami sauce, and lime juice.
