Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup hot red chillies, seeded and cut into small pieces or to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons caraway seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 Roasted red pepper (can be bought in a glass jar pre-made)
  • 2 Teaspoons white miso paste
  • Savory spice blend

How To Make

  1. Placet the chillies in a bowl of boiling water and soak for 30 minutes
  2. Fry up the coriander, caraway and cumin over a low heat (no oil)
  3. Add this to a food processor with the chillies, roasted red peppers, garlic and nutritional yeast. Along with the miso and savory spice blend. Process until smooth
  4. Add 1/4 Cup of water as needed to make a smooth thick sauce
