  • 25g Hemp seeds, shelled
  • 1/4 Teaspoon chaga powder (10:1 extract)
  • 2 Teaspoon maca powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon coconut oil
  • ½ Vanilla pod seeds (or a few drops of vanilla extract)
  • ¼ Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2g of coconut sugar (or use a few drops of stevia)
  • pinch of mineral salt
  • 100ml room temperature filtered water
  • 100ml boiled filtered water

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender to give a creamy chai.
  2. Adjust the sweetness to your taste
