Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Cup kale
  • 3 Cloves garlic
  • 1 Cup kidney beans
  • 1 Cup oats
  • 1 Medium Sweet potato (pre-baked)
  • 1 Tablespoon sriracha
  • Burger bun of your choice - gluten free if you can

How To Make

  1. Dry fry the onions, mushrooms and garlic in a hot pan. Once done set aside.
  2. In a bowl mix the oats, sweet potato (dig out the filling leaving the skins aside), kidney beans and sriracha sauce. Season as you like (no need to add salt).
  3. Then mix the ingredients and form into 8 to 10 burgers.
  4. Let rest in the fridge to firm up, then fry or grill.

Notes

You can easily freeze the left overs for a quick meal.
